		<description>I don&#039;t blame  you for making that decision.  I work for a very large bank that will be a megabank once the merger is complete and I can honestly say that the environment actually inhibits the desire to pursue your own venture. 

They don&#039;t outright say it, but most big companies carry the attitude of &quot;we all have to have a job so you might as well help this company get rich until its time for you to retire.  Or until we don&#039;t need you anymore, which ever comes first.&quot;

Its also difficult to find like minded people with an entrepreneurial mindset.-a real entrepreneurial mindset not just a &quot;it would be nice to be my own boss&quot; midset-in a large company.
